Massage can benefit us in so many ways, from bringing pain relief to muscles and joints to reducing tension and leaving us with a refreshed feeling and overall sense of well-being. Over the years, I have worked with clients from many backgrounds, both men and women, young and old. One common factor I seem to see in my clients is that they are all active. Some are professional athletes, artists or musicians or have some form of athletic competition in their lives. Others are just trying to keep some sort of regular activity in their lives to stay healthy. Often, new or old injuries get in the way, or a busy job brings stress that increases the risk of injury when trying to add in a desired activity. That’s where my work can help. My techniques can help relieve the pain and tension, allowing the body to feel restored so that my clients can keep up with the activities that they aspire to, at whatever level, be it work, play or just getting better rest!
